Allyacht Spars Australia’s core business continues to be as the primary supplier of quality yacht masts, spars and rigging to the Australian and overseas markets. Custom masts are produced for both cruising and racing yachts. Production masts are produced under contract to production boat builders throughout Australia, for both multihulls and monohulls. Mast extrusions are exclusive to the Company, designed in-house, and manufactured in Australia. Yacht masts, spars and rigging are designed using software that has been developed specifically for Allyacht Spars Australia in conjunction with boat designers, naval architects and engineers. This, in conjunction with the experience of the Allyacht Spars Australia personnel involved, ensures that rigs are produced with strength, safety, and functionality optimised. The 21 metre anodising facility enables production of masts to this length in one piece.
Providing complete deck hardware packages fits in excellently with the Allyacht Spars Australia core business. Central to this arm of the business is the Company’s role as a distributor for Andersen winches (from Denmark), Moonlight hatches and portlights (from BSI in Denmark), and the Easy range of clutches, blocks and deck hardware systems (also from BSI). Additionally, deck hardware is sourced from Ronstan, Harken, Wichard and many other suppliers.
Also supporting the core business of supplying masts and other spars is the manufacture and supply of customised deck hardware fittings, which is supported by the use of a dedicated 2 and 3 dimensional router cutter.
Manufacture and supply of flagpoles and industrial rigging is an additional arm of the business, also fully compatible with the core business.
